@JDV moving forward we are going to get dilution one way or another. I think this is a very good plan for the company. If Mr Blackburn performs he will get rewarded for it and in turn we all win. Mr Blackburn will have to inject 2 million of his own money into our company to get all of these options exercised.
I personally would prefer to have a director buy and hold that amount of shares than see a sophisticated investor. No one works as hard as someone with a vested interest. If you offered me a minimum amount like 50k to do what he has to do I would laugh at you.
With the demand for green energy and even the rising cost of fertiliser for agriculture , explosives and transport we are in a good position.
ECT has the technology and soon the patents to turn low cost lignite and biomass into higher valued low emission in demand commodities.
