Correct, I'm sure there is a lot going on in the background and a very positive announcement could drop any time.
If Tom can prove up the dry process then it's a game changer, interest rates dropping, there is more blue sky ATM than gloomy, I'm personally very happy where we are ATM, I'm under no illusions also that it could all go to custard as well.
