This is where we see if the market will reward HIO for running on an oily rag for two years and not printing any new shares. ie: Will the market allow HIO to raise towards 3 cents rather than 1 cent? Not a good start with 11 million shares coming out of nowhere on its first attempt to get off the mat.. 1.8/1.9 is 200 day moving average, no change in bearish trend at this stage, 8-(
