I think you may be correct, it would be nice however to not have to bother trying to find more money to continue buying as it drops to 16c, a slow and steady increase is what you need but market is not interested in the story, one big investor gets involved then there will be line wipes and consolidation at a much higher level then current SP, this 150k shares a day rubbish is hard to watch.
