Just listened to it, just trying to work out what your point is and what I should be listening to?

Firstly, the JV is a "standard" JV where the equity is backloaded. Translation is what I've been saying. The company doesn't own a shred of the thing for three years and millions of dollars later.

Secondly, the answer to funding. "We're no different to all companies, we need funding but we spend ours very cost effectively. "WE WILL HAVE TO RAISE MONEY EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR AND WE ARE TALKING TO OUR BROKERS.

I'll ask the same question again that I've asked repeatedly, what price do YOU think the Capital Raising will be at?
