i agree that the difficulties with the contractor wont materially impact finance. There will be a delay of probably 3 months as RES need to do a new bill of quantities and retender but there are other contractors wanting the work.
with finance it appears they are close on quite a few fronts in varying ways but just need to have a few things drop into place. They would not want to raise equity at these levels.
Your thoughts on finance?
