    The exisitng Transnet line that RES will link in to is a single track, diesel operated, unsignalled branch of 120km. It takes two trains a day at the moment. Up grading underway will increase that to 6 million (of which exxaro have the Lion's share). The larger tonnage of 20 million maybe 40 million will come with the upgrade envisaged in the BFS just announced.
