owning a drill rig is a massive sign of confidence... IMO even a small drill rig should cost a few $$$ so well done to the management to get on to the front foot with that...

but I think the enthusiasm today is not because of that - probably because of the line about 2nd half of the year 2015 when we see production - a bit over enthusiastic IMO but again shows some drive... just need to do their homework proper this time and come up with a proper strategy and tick of the boxes before announcing anything...

let us hope this is the start of the recovery we have been waiting for months now
