03a - Commence mining - Due Date: 03/12/2017
commence mining of gold and silver by underground mining methods

As such, I think you will find that Talisman, through its bulk sampling programme, is pulling ore out of the ground well in advance of that date

I'm not worried about the SPP or the shortfall - and yes I had/will have some of both - because it's just a matter of time before the gold stuff is coming out of the mine.
