I dont disagree with you on your concern, but 300 mil shares is a smallish % of total shares on issue SO, if they did it to help get this deal done, isnt it good as the alternative is dead deal- Plus they didnt have to give any cash away . Normal for cheapies just issue script so no biggie there.
Look if you are right and its a little iffy or under the table, same again, if we say no, the deal stops and we wait another 8 years.
I dont care anymore what they barter away, lets just get this going as none of us are getting any younger.
