Again speculating this stock is just rubbish and too hard to work out... hundreds of millions in debt/ options to holders owed, the value of each stage gate... approvals, ANS partnership,EPC, mou' s or offtake contacts, the lights are barley on so further dilutive risks
.. if anything goes ahead, increase in staff/=$$$ ..
i wouldn't be surprised to open at .007 spike to.01 then flatline at .008 for a while . as announcements come and de-risk occurs then .015 or .02 is possible ..

but hey nobody knows so I'd just read my last line only
