Serena - Use YOUR common sense. Clearly SDL CANNOT deliver the convention extension. They have had months. That means the assets of SDL now worth much less than when time ANS invested. NoteHolders will not throw more good money after bad. Either a smaller deal happens with ANS to reflect fall in value of SDL or the administrators will be running SDL in early July
