I totally agree. So much misinformation. Not closing the deal with the first non-binding farm in offer is VERY DIFFERENT to " Not being able to convince another party to take on part of the risk for a fair reward". We don't know what happens behind closed doors but with other parties approaching IVZ and with the very successful capital raising, I expect that Scott played really hard ball and was angling for this outcome because it then leaves him free to explore better offers.

Buy really doesn't reflect my sentiment. Back the truck up would be a more appropriate sentiment for me today.
