They thought they were being smart getting the leases before the Waturta lodged their NT claim.
How much did holding the leases cost over the last 5-6 years? If they ever revisit Lake Wells they will have to negotiate all those leases with Kado Muir, a process which could take years.
Next step must surely be a name change ASAP. The current name is a now a joke, not that they were ever the premier potash company in this country.
Not a good outcome but not a total surprise.
