Valuations are subjective and proxies are therefore useful. A reasonable proxy for RNE's Countrywide hydrogen as a transport fuel play is LIO.
A major difference in favor of Countrywide's capacity to produce competitively priced hydrogen - at least from its pilot site - is that its energy supply will come from a co-located solar farm and not delivered from across the NEM at "full-freight" transmission costs.
Drucker knows that RNE's Countrywide play is worth more than RNE's current valuation - perhaps not as high as LIO - but acceptably within that range.
