re-reading this:
Initial preliminary review shows a sizeable target. It is anticipated that this prospect development will be completed before mid year.
"Prospect development" does that mean they will have decided upon a spud location, or that they will have spudded by then?
Am i overly optmimistic as the Sun is shining and its friday arvo?? Probably.
