Essentially Israel doesn't want to start a war - they just want to do much the same as they did when they destroyed the Iraqi nuclear reactor in 1981 - this time one air strike to destroy the four Iranian sites suspected to be involved in their nuclear enrichment program. The Biden administration doesn't appear interested in joining in a war or air strikes on Iran, The U.K., Germany etc aren't all that interested either as they see the current issue with Iran as being the fault of the Americans after Trump pulled out of the JCPOA which had been working well up until that point. The Saudis etc won't want to be involved as they don't want the Iranians to retaliate by hitting their oil facilities with drone and missile attacks, so really if it happens it will be a limited strike by Israel on the Fordow, Natanz, Arak and Parchin sites with Israel hoping that either the Iranians don't launch retaliatory strikes (wishing thinking in my opinion), or that their missile defence systems limit the damage from Iranian strikes (not sure how well that will work out either if Iran coordinates and concentrates their strikes).
