the vanadium from the tailings stream might mean there is a chance to stockpile and process at a later date when the company can fund any required extra capital expenditure out of cashflow...
you would think if it were to delay plans or cost a lot that you could simply process the tailings at a later date.
i think croc did the numbers of something like another $50m of revenue.... based on the know resource... which of course could increase.... but, the unknown at the minute is the costs associated.
