In my opinion the smart investors should be buying now as this low SP is not sustainable. Once the permits come through I believe the SP will move up and then the JV possibles will start to show real interest resulting in a more serious upward movement in the SP.
The SP increase on this one coukd be substantual in 2019. The 50% increase in one day this week is just an example of the money to be made.
Huge potential as things progress in 2019! Exciting times ahead.
