If the company believes that holders will not ask hard questions, they are dead set deluded.

To think there is no place for confrontation in regards to what it happening with people's money goes along the exact same lines.

If they didn't want or expect this, then raise the money privately, they have chosen to raise publicly and hard questions must be asked and answered.

Emotion will always come into things where money is involved and particularly when the company talks about one thing and does another, numerous announcements and meetings can be referenced here.
