In reality very little of that grant money was issued and spent as it was staged funding on progress with final terms on production of 2.5 megawatts in 2013.The project only got to early test stage.The grants to A4N are also staged on achieving milestones which we are.The Feds are not that stupid despite what people think.It is a highly monitered program.Regards.
