Getting funding from governments doesn’t guarantee success as implied. In 2010 the Federal government granted $90 million to Geodynamics fronted by none other than Tim Flannery for the production of electricity from hot rocks. What could possibly go wrong with the backing of the REDP? $90 million of taxpayers money down the drain. It was only taxpayers who lost not those experts who handed over their money.
