It appears that way. Maybe nextyear for them if they make it.
Although...politics plays a part and Townsville is the real favourite child of the State and Fed Governments up this way. I swear nobody south of Rockhampton even knows there are other towns in NQ other than TSV sometimes haha. The amount of work that goes into pandering to that place is unreal.
So...in the politcal space it could get extra attention.
