if a tiny market like Australia isn't willing to approve it then my guess would be the US won't either. The clinical data is pegged against Australian studies, which makes it even more concerning that it got knocked back. 
I hate having to be the pessimist here, considering how long I was bullish for, but the fundamentals have changed.
