The path to commercialisation is well advanced, there is still trademarks pending for India & Hong Kong. Once completed it will effectively provide coverage for the whole globe... they're protecting their IP for good reason! According to the IP India database... PIQ lodged an application in April 2013... it has only just reached the status of 'application in hearing' last week. Good things take time
