On a re-read, is "likely" to be delayed. Not "will most likely..." or "...highly likely". Meaning there's a chance it won't be?
Trying to be somewhat optimistic when in reality more p*******d off both by the message & the way its worded. As always, only the inner circle knows what actually happened & who's truly responsible, but - in the meantime - reeks of amateur hour (imo).
