FWIW just got of the phone with one of the Corp Advisers listed in the ann.
Conveyed my dissatisfaction at the vagueness of the ann & that SH, as the owners of the co, deserve such an important ann to be significantly more professional in its content (and not just prepared from the BOARDS perspective) eg the first para could be construed as the lic with Sonic is all but dead & the later phrase "...continues to engage with.." does little to allay that concern.
Also, some degree of positivity would have made a big difference but there is no hint of Board confidence Sonic will come through.
Requested my views be passed on along with a request for a clarifying ann asap.
