the announcement that created the dramatic drop in sp may only be less than a week old but it will have been forgotten by bots, short term traders who only look at the graphs
only week hands will remember when this sores to new heights
PIQ fundamentals have not changed, just a 'might' on the time line delay.
in my view the announcement did its job in many respects
and then 1.2 mil of volume moved the next day to carry the rebound
it seems pretty obvious what's going on
