You can go back & read. Now this with KDIGO 2024 Clinical Guidelines 2024, that’s the BIG thing. I think the difference here is that studies were done that were asked for black people, minority groups & differences in eGFR, not sitting back & expecting that things will magically happen.

That is the last I’m going to say on this, it’s very disappointing, especially that we have a large population of Indigenous people in Australia alone with CKD/DKD & many on dialysis. That goes for Oceanic people living here too from the Pacific Islands. I feel it’s a missed opportunity.

Owl vs Fox.

Renalytics has failed. They had their test on the market years ago, it was priced at US$990.. they tried to do it themselves with their own sales team and Insurer teams. The test is not as good as PromarkerD and their shares have gone from £12 pounds to 50 pence.

They are being acquired for about AUD$ 90m for their technology alone.

The one thing I agree with you on is the very poor management of PIQ. Delay after delay.

The science is rock solid though.
