Without defending or criticizing, progress is a very limited concept from a shareholders perspective. We measure progress as discreet favourable announcements between varying periods of an information vacuum. All were privy to is the time between significant milestones.. one such milestone may be announced at any time... or not.
The register is holding firm so there has to be a lot of faith amongst the punters.
Morningstar have PIQ as undervalued, and worth .40 whatever that really means is arguable.
