Invested in RAC and a holder until a few months ago.
In fact, as a holder, YOU should care more.
If you think it is just a matter of using company resources, and it is a good idea for a CEO to entertain every question thrown at him in a social media by anonymous posters, well... good luck.
It sometimes feels like watching a witness or
defendent on the stand in a courtroom, having to defend every comment made before, against a prosecutor.
And getting likes and light bulbs from presumably shs, cheering him on.
