Now let me do some interpretation as well.

I think that PH when it was started was slated as having a 7 year life ( I think you did some NPV on that). We have been operating for 2 years and with extensions have an 8+ year life by going u/g.

So we will have a fully functioning cash cow until Big C becomes operational in 5+ years. Have you been able to do a NPV on the extended life yet? Probably hard at this stage with some of the costs unknown.

Says to me that with no debt and cash in the bank and coming in, even with no mid term acquisitions, OZL looks very safe. Copper and Gold prices would have to fall dramatically and for an extended period for OZL to be in danger, and if that happened OZL would be able to pick up other stocks for a song.

Very simplistic analysis.

So why is the share price so depressed as there couldn't be a much safer stock to be in. Got me bluffed unless it is in reaction to the overall market.
