At the AGM in Brisbane last May it was explainedto me that there is the first part of the TAVR study which is open-heart surgery to implant the valve in small animals ... sheep in this case.
THEN
there is the next part which is to implant the valve via catheter into the hearts of larger animals ... as I recall it was to be several cows
THEN
test implants into humans
"“The purpose of this feasibility study is to assess whether there is merit to progress to alarger animal study, and human clinical trials –"
so just realise that the study is not larger ... it is the animal subjects that are larger
No wonder the SP didn't move much ... there is still a very very long time to go
