Of course it's lack of trust.
And I wish people would stop talking about these "cornerstone" investors. One refuses to sign a vax deal because they have their eyes on the whole thing for pennies, the other was literally the last person on earth WP could find willing to invest in the train wreck that is ahz.
No one in Australia would give them a cracker. Why? Lack of trust. Bridges burned to the ground, and then blown away by the wind.
Of course it's lack of trust. And I wish people would stop...
