As we are NOT privy to all the behind the scenes information, could it be that management saw a better investing proposition in their own company rather than NYR which is also a spec nothing is 100% there also? Don't have the answer.
in reference to directors not buying, i don't speculate on other people decisions, can only comment information the company is publishing and is available to every person.
From my perspective i can see more upside than downside, it may take time to realize the potential of the technology, so i am happy to wait.
