Good managemet, an established and growing resource base, and activity.
Above all else, ACTIVITY.
UTO has long impressed me with their continued ACTIVTY, drilling efforts to prove up their first resource, and it continues.
These guys aren't just talking the talk. Some others, well... BS walks.
