When I say development times are shortening, it's to say that in the 2020s the Design,Build,Test,Learn cycle of Deep tech is taking less time gloabally. We are in a time of acceleration where advanced material science, engineering and design are coming together . A road block is solved quicker.

In AXE's 12CQ development re engineering of electrode positioning, re designing the actual structure of the CNO material, rolling out a thin film version of the qubit material, all seems to be happening in months since moving to Queen Mary Uni facilities. These new facilities themselves reflect the quick turnaround times now possible.

The 12CQ might even race ahead of the biochip at some stage. Mainly because once the biochip gets to clinical trials, as it seems to have done now, we lose control of timelines. Therapeutic Goods Administration registrations, certifications , approvals etc. Who knows what pace to even expect. All the more reason to know end goal and use cases to keep me focused while timelines drag and who knows what happens to share price in the interim. I don't particularly care what the SP will be for the rest of the year.
