i guess there could be trials to determine if the faster detection of the disease makes any difference to the outcome. But i would also have thought that current statistics of times of current testing methods could also give an idea into this..ie is it more manageable when detected earlier. Surely they would already know if this is the case. But even so, that still doesnt alleviate the benefits of the remote testing and no need to to have a lab at all.
