1m no votes to all resolutions from me sent in yesterday. Zyber was supposed to be the ducks nuts of the future so I suggest management concentrate their efforts on making this profitable instead of raising more money and further dilution.
This thought bubble of further acquisitions came along out of the blue during the time of suspension. It wasn't mentioned to shareholders prior to that as far as I am aware.
2 consolidations so far and still they want to add even more shares to the register, which is currently seemingly tight only because of the unlisted shares not appearing in the total. Add in exchangeable shares, performance shares, milestone shares etc and the true damage so far is more than it seems.
