Agree wholeheartedly with the lack of marketing, don't you have to have a product or something of substance before you start to promote it.
All we have is a shell without substance to promote - there's a thought, try this ZYBer advice free of charge - "She sells sea shells by the seashore" - lines up perfectly with the quality afforded to connect with the market and loyal shareholders to this point.
