Because they picked a crap load more Metatstatic foci than the propeller trial, they couldn't ethically bx all of them.
This means one of two things(or both): the SoC is very poor in this subset of PC for diagnostic, or that cu64 is picking up additionals lesions falsely. It's up to cu6 to prove this in their upcoming P3 trial.
my thought is that if it was picking up a lot of false tumours, this wouldve been discovered in the propeller trial, as it's the same drug being administered. So we would've seen a high false positive rate already.
