I must admit I am a bit surprised by the 3 latest deals (two in Sydney and now this one in Auckland).
I thought that they were more committed to waiting for interest rates to rise further as they are usually quite good at investing counter-cyclically. I feel that these buys are too early in the rate rising cycle.
