The numbers your quoting are just the tip of the iceberg for PCH.

Sometimes the market is slow catching on, I'm comfortable accumulating more PCH shares as funds become available.
PCH has a functional property leasing tech being trialled successfully by numerous real estate agents. Combine this with the incorporation of property auction sales into the platform also, PCH has recently gained its auction accreditation licence for.
PCH can potentially transform its tech into something like live streamed property auctions also if you like, disrupting the property sales space and opening the market place immensely.
Then there's the incorporation of blockchain into the sales/rental process as well, all the above have all been previously mentioned as well in the latest prospectus.
