Obvious question to ask is why would hosting costs increase. Customer should be paying for the marketplace image not Prophecy.
Is it because they needed to help customers on the new platform and hence fire up instances to trouble shoot? Or just standard costs including hosting the image?
Not very clear. Of course i can be reading too much in that statement.
