I am really very encouraged by this announcement. Securinox seems to be a large international player in cybersecurity. The announcement significantly increases the reach of Snare. It is also beneficial that payment is based on endpoint as opposed to the amount of data ingested.
However, the most promising aspect is that Prophecy is accumulating an increasing numbers of large players in cybersecurity that are interested in the technology that Snare offers. Initially Devo was and now Securinox now appear plan to be using Snare for most of their customers.
Devo is only capitalised at $38 million (including $7 million in cash). Hopefully Securinox, Devo or even another large player see the value in Snare and start offering competing bids to acquire Snare at a vast premium to the current price.
