As the announcement states Prophecy is uvery undervalued relative to companies of a similar nature on the ASX.
One of these companies is Dubber Corporation. This SaaS business has $34 million of ARR and the yoy growth has been approximately 150%. At $800 million capitalisation it trades at al multiple of 24 x the current ARR.
By comparison the emite division of Prophecy has an ARR of $7.8 million and grew at 75% in the last year. Given the valuation of Dubber you could justify a valuation of 12x ARR for emite. 12 x 7.8 million =$93 million. Given that the valuation of emite could justify Prophecy being over $1.50.
Do your own research but this share has been under the radar. It will be interesting to see if it gets suddenly discovered with this result.
