They flagged an acquisition in the announcement, so perhaps they might hold off the dividend.
I agree that it is still cheap. And still under the radar. Some strong statements made in the announcement regarding their valuation and management does not have a history of talking up the business.
The growth in eMite ARR has been impressive.
