Snare historically had Snare agents and this I think is what you think Snare is. These agents push their data to platforms that you may have heard of such as QRadar from IBM or Splunk or Secureworx from Dell.

Snare Central is now being used by those agent customers to centrally control all their logs, manage their agents and provide reporting and dashboards. I think you will see that Snare Central may be what is increasing the value of the sale as clients will not need other solutions for reporting and so Snare goes up the food chain against its competitors. But at the same time it will enhance its value to IBM, etc through better agent management too.

For organisations who have something like QRadar with Snare Agents, Snare Central will centrally manage to reduce the overheads of updating and managing agents.

In the past Snare would walk away from that revenue only getting the agents, but now companies are able to buy from one vendor the one solution.
