I went back and looked at previous announcements for any indicators.

The deal announced in this release (July 1 2024) states that the first year 1CV (First year contract value) is $2.1m.

In Prophecy’s announcement from 21 July 2021, it announced it had won a deal with Dept of Human Services (Services Australia) for 8,000 seats. It also stated that it closed a total of $1.7m in 1CV for Q4.

However a list of other deals were included in that $1.7m. Deals included Airbnb (4300 seats), Dept Human Services (8000 seats), Signet Group (850 seats), Johnson & Johnson (855 seats), plus other deals.

So the Services Australia deal was included in the $1.7m in 1CV.

This one deal is $2.1m 1CV on its own. So the first of 6 years.

There are a couple of key points here also;

1. This is the second significant deal for Prophecy through its MSA with Optus.
ATO deal announced July last year. $1.05m 1CV last July

2. Prophecy states the use of the new Ipaas technology to deliver emite.

3. Integration with Nice CXOne. Another leading vendor in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
