As I have posted previously, it's not necessarily in the best interests of the Board to
encourage progress.
They continue to receive their annual fees and according to their last financial report, BAU
is renting their office from a family member.
Why would they go to the trouble of working a bit harder when they already have a nice little
annual income.
MVT have the right idea, sell it up and take what they can for it, but I want more than what they
are offering at the moment.
